The Republic of Niger (the Recipient) will implement the Contingent Emergency Response Project (CERP) (the Project), with the involvement of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), and the participation of the Ministry of Population, Social Action and National Solidarity, the Ministry of Interior, Public Security and Territorial Administration, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, the Ministry of Urban Planning and Housing, the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Sanitation as set out in the relevant agreements. The International Development Association (the Association) has agreed to provide financing for the Project, in accordance with the provisions of the agreements.
